Josh, one day, decided he wanted to be able to get on and off the ride on toys all by himself. He practiced until he got it down pat. He is very proud of himself and continues to clap everytime he gets on.

Hobbies
Drew and I have very distinct, different hobbies. I enjoy taking pictures and scrapbooking. Drew enjoys beer and has become a homebrewer. Often times, after the boys go to bed, I will be on one laptop playing with pictures and Drew will be on another laptop reading beer message boards. It is rather funny. His newest project was building a keggerator (sp?) so he could have his beer on tap.
New seamless paper stand
Kim's dad was so kind and made me a seamless paper stand out of PVC . Kim and Kevin brought it over Tue. night so i had to try it out on Wed. I had an idea in mind as to what I wanted Josh to do, however, Josh had other things in mind. I will definitley have to try that idea when I have some help. I did get some cute shots of Josh in the cozy coupe and Tonka dump truck. He has to be contained in something or occupied in order to sit still these days. Here are some of the pics that I thought were worth keeping.

More pics from Saturday
These pics are completely out of order - I WILL figure it out one day!
The one thing I didn't take pictures of was eating ice cream after dinner. We went to Dairy Queen for our night night snack - yum :)
This was Josh eating cookies while I cleaned up dinner.
I guess Josh didn't eat enough meat since he needed to nibble on his feet after dinner.

For those of you interested what took place this weekend . . .
. . . well Saturday anyway. I haven't taken out the camera in a few days - almost a week actually and although I am sure the kids were ecstatic about that, I was not. I decided the camera needed to come out on Saturday since we were outside enjoying the nice weather. What started out as a cloudy, rainy looking day, ended up being warm and sunny. Josh crawled around on the grass while Jared playing on the John Deere - surprise surprise.

I took Josh to our next door neighbor's backyard since he has beautiful rhododendrum bushes that are in full bloom. There must have been at least a dozen or so bees pollinating the flowers and it was very intruiging to me. I decided to get up close and personal with the bees to try to get some cool pictures of them. I don't have a macro lens so this is the best I got with my 50mm on macro mode. The pictures are in the post above since I don't know a thing about this blogger and I don't know how to put my pics where I want them. One day i will figure this thing out.
