Play together

As many of you know we have a plethora of toys in the basement. Jared knows just about everything that is down there too. Just about everyday he will ask for "something up from the basement". The other day he asked to have the "house" brought up for Josh because it is a baby toy. It was very cute in the beginning because I really thought that he was going to share it with his brother. He did share and play with Josh for about 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes were up he decided that he didn't want Josh playing with it anymore. He kept telling me and Drew, "I read that this isn't a baby toy so Josh can't play with it." He has been so anti-Josh lately and it makes me so sad.

Getting Around

Josh is getting farther and farther each day by crawling. It started with two and three "steps" and now he will go from room to room. This morning I watched him crawl into the dining room and when I went out there he was nowhere to be found. I found him in the powder room, with the door closed, playing with my clothes hanging on the drying rack.

Tuckered Out

My little man must have been really tired because he didn't even bother to lay down for his nap. It looks like he just bent over on top of his baby Mickey Mouse and fell asleep. This is how I found him when I went to check on him.

Jared says . . .

Jared always sings the $5 footlong diddy from the Subway commercial. So just for fun I asked him the following question.

K: "How much does a five dollar foot long cost?"
J: "Like four bucks"

How cool is this??

I saw a collage like this on someone's blog and I thought it looked so cool so I gave it a try. It is just the pictures that I took this past Sunday.

Donahue Visit

We had such a nice weekend with Nicole, Chris and CJ. They got here late Thurs. night so we just hung around playing on Fri. On Sat. we went into Boston and took a trolley ride around "town". It was so nice to be outdoors and not freezing cold. Sunday's weather was even better and we were able to play outside without coats!!! We had such a good time and it was expecially cute to see Josh and CJ crawl around and play together. CJ was expecially fond of the Handy Manny, saw, which he carried around in his mouth. He also loved riding on Jared's scooter, bike and John Deere tractor. (I hope you wrote all that down Jenny Jen :c)

On the Move

I thought I would be in for it with Josh crawling but i am enjoying it. He hasn't gotten into anything yet so I am sure that is why. So far he has been a good listener. When I tell him "no" as he approaches the eletronics and decorations he listens well and turns in the other direction. We'll see how long this keeps up.
